６月３日（土）～５（月）愛媛県総合体育大会バレーボール大会が行われました。
西条高校男子バレーボール部は、３日に伊予高校にて、今治西高校と対戦しました。
１セット目を先取され、厳しい状況の中、チーム一丸となって２セット目を取り返しました。３セット目は序盤の劣勢を覆すことができず、惜しくも勝利することはできませんでした。
勝利こそできなかったものの、３年生を中心として選手たちは練習してきたものを全力で表現してくれました。
これからは２年生を中心として新たなチームづくりに励んで参ります。
保護者の方をはじめ、様々な方々の応援や支援、ありがとうございました。

In England we have St George’s Day celebrated on the 23rd of April. It used to be as popular as Christmas day but that is no longer the case. The holiday steadily decreased in popularity by the 18th century after England and Scotland united. It is still celebrated to this day but it’s not one of the major events for most people during the year. To this day there are some politicians that want the day to be revived as a national holiday once again.
